Calling all food enthusiasts and aspiring chefs! Northern Fields is excited to announce spots for cooking classes for age groups 6-10 years and 11-15 years!! Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience that will elevate your cooking skills to new heights.

β οΈ Identifying everyday kitchen hazards
π§Ό Proper Hygiene & PPE in reference to cooking and cleaning; food surfaces, hair, hands, clothing.
π‘οΈ Learn about cross contamination, proper cooking temperatures.
π§Learn the fundamentals of food. (For example: difference between baking soda and baking powder)
π Future career avenues
π½οΈ Upon graduation, Students will cook for their favourite person (2 people dining limit) a menu item of choice they learned in the program.

π Age group 6-10 years: Each Wednesday 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM (4 classes once/week)
π Age group 11-15 years: Each Wednesday 6:00PM to 7:00 PM (4 classes once/week)
