My Story
Northern Fields began in the rich soils of Northern Ontario, with a simple curiosity about what could be created from the herbs we grow.
What started with growing, harvesting and drying herbs has evolved into something much more. Today, those herbs inspire my handcrafted sauces, dressings, infusions, breads, beverages and an ever-changing collection of ready-made foods.
We believe some of the best ideas begin with a little curiosity—taking something grown in the field and discovering just how far it can go.
And we’re still growing, experimenting and creating. Coming soon, our Northern Fields cooking series will take you into the kitchen, sharing recipes, ideas and new ways to bring our products to your table on YouTube and social media.
